Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different one, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item and any price difference.

Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery options for your convenience:

• Standard Delivery:

  • Delivery within 30 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Delivery hours: 11:00am-4:00pm CST
  • Standard delivery includes transportation and placement of items in the room of your choice.

• Express Delivery:

  • Available for in-store items for an additional fee.
  • Guaranteed delivery within 7 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Delivery hours: 9:00am-5:00pm CST
  • Express delivery includes transportation and placement of items in the room of your choice.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are based on the delivery option selected and the delivery address. The delivery charges will be calculated and clearly presented during the checkout process.

Delivery Area

We currently offer delivery within a 60-mile radius of our store. Please contact us if you are outside this area, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Scheduling Delivery

Once your order is processed, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery time that is convenient for you. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery during the scheduled time.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon delivery, please inspect the furniture thoroughly. If there are any damages or defects, notify our delivery team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

For the safety of our delivery team and to ensure a smooth delivery process, please clear the pathway and designated space for the furniture in advance.
